You may fax your registration form. Although quicker than mail, your faxed registration will be processed by our staff in the order received. Registering online will increase your chances of getting into the workshops you want and receiving all the free stuff!

CONFIRMATION

If you don’t hear from us, call!

If you register online, you will receive IMMEDIATE confirmation of your registration as well as a receipt. If you mail or fax your registration, a confirmation will be e-mailed 7–10 days following receipt of your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation within two weeks of sending your form, please call the conference office to determine your registration status.
