Individuals registering online will
receive immediate confirmation.
Individuals submitting registration forms to the conference management
office will be mailed a confirmation letter within 7 days of receipt of your
registration. If you do not receive a
confirmation within two weeks of sending your registration, please call the
registration office as soon as possible to determine your registration
status. |

REFUND/REPLACEMENT
POLICY |

No refunds after July 2. A $40
administrative fee will be deducted from cancellations. Cancellations must be
submitted by logging into the registration site and canceling your
registration, or in writing via either fax or e-mail to the registration
office. You may send someone in your place with no
penalty. You may make the change online by logging into the registration site
or contact the registration office with the name change by e-mail at
