REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All registrations are made subject to the terms and conditions of Kesselman-Jones, Inc. as set out below:
Payment Terms
Registrants will be able to select the early fee up until 5:00 EMT June 21. If payment has not been received by 5:00 EMT June 21, registrants will be charged the late fee. This applies to registrants submitting checks, and credit card payments that are denied.
Attendees registering online after June 21 that chose to pay by check must ensure payment is received before the first day of the conference.Discount Codes are assigned by the Conference Registration Office. Kesselman-Jones, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any registrants using unauthorized discount codes.In all cases when payment is not received before the event, we reserve the right to refuse admission to the event.
Methods of Payment
Payments can also be made by credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex) or by check payable to Kesselman-Jones, Inc.
Registration Fee
The registration fee covers attendance at all sessions and refreshments listed in the conference brochure. The fee also covers attendance at the conference opening reception.
Event Accommodations
Overnight accommodation is not included in the registration fee. However, reduced rates have been arranged at the host hotel. Details of these rates can be found on the conference web site and in the conference brochure. It is necessary to contact the hotels directly with the booking reference specified on the relevant venue page. It is advisable to book early to secure these rates, as availability is not guaranteed.
Travel
Travel is not included in the conference fee. It is the responsibility of the attendee to make their way to the conference venue in adequate time. Kesselman-Jones, Inc. is not liable for any delays or non-attendance resulting from delayed or suspended transportation. Directions to the conference venue can be found on the conference web site and online registration confirmation.
Cancellations
Cancellations received in writing by July 2, 2007 will be refunded in full less an administration charge of $40. Notice of cancellation must completed either by submitting your cancellation through the online registration site or sent in writing by either emailing District8Neo@KessJones.com or by writing to the Registration Manager, Kesselman-Jones, Inc., PO Box 30182, Albuquerque, NM 87190. Should you need to cancel your registration after July 2, the registration fee remains payable in its entirety although a substitution will be accepted.
Substitutions and Name Changes
Substitutions are acceptable at any time. Return to this site, enter your email address and follow the directions for making a substitution.
Splitting Registrations
Registrations may not be split.
Indemnity
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the conference organizers to alter the venue, content or the timing of the program. We will endeavor to keep you informed of such changes but any reasonable change to the conference format will not constitute a reason to refund the conference fee.
In the event that the conference is cancelled by the organizers, the registration fee shall be refunded in full. The liability of the organizers shall be limited to that refund and the organizers shall not be liable for any other loss, cost or expense, whatsoever caused, incurred or arising.
Security
Kesselman-Jones, Inc. is committed to ensuring that the submission of sensitive information, such as credit card details, is safe and secure. We employ reputable and reliable service providers to ensure such information is protected. All information we hold is kept secure with access limited to personnel charged with the processing of such data.
Safety
While every effort has been made to ensure the safety of all delegates, the organizers cannot be held responsible and/or liable for any personal accident, loss or damage to private property of those attending the conference.
