Participants must arrange their own lodging.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Embassy Suites Hotel - Albuquerque, with special group rates of $89/night single occupancy and $99/night double occupancy. This rate includes a complimentary hot, cooked-to-order breakfast and a complimentary evening manager's reception.

• From the Albuquerque Intl. Sunport - Take I-25 North toward Santa Fe. Take Lomas, Exit 225. Turn left onto Lomas. Go 2 blocks and turn right onto Woodward Place. The hotel is located on the right hand side.
• From Santa Fe - Take I-25 South - Take Lomas, Exit 225. Turn right on Lomas. Go 1 block and turn right onto Woodward Place. The hotel will be on the right hand side.
• I-40 West to I-25 South to Martin Luther King Jr. Ave.-Exit 225. Turn left on Martin Luther King Jr. Ave. Make a left on the Access Road to Lomas. Turn left on Lomas. Go 2 blocks and turn right on Woodward Place. The hotel will be on the right hand side.
• I-40 East to I-25 South to Martin Luther King Jr. Ave.-Exit 225. Turn left on Martin Luther King Jr. Ave. Make a left on the Access Road to Lomas. Turn left on Lomas. Go 2 blocks and turn right on Woodward Place. The hotel will be on the right hand side.

Cell phones/pagers

Out of courtesy to your fellow attendees and our presenters, please make sure to turn cell phones and pages off or to the vibrate mode when attending sessions. 

Attire

Trying to find a room temperature at which everyone can be comfortable is nearly impossible. Half the attendees are usually too cold and the rest too hot. Therefore, we highly recommend you bring a sweater or light jacket and dress in layers so you can adjust to the room. Dress is business casual.
