Convention Center is a large facility; so wear comfortable shoes and plan on walking. Consider wearing a pedometer
so you see how many steps you take throughout the day! Meeting rooms are notorious for being
either too cool or warm, so don’t forget to dress in layers.
PARKING Register Early
and We’ll Pay! Closest
Parking: Civic Plaza parking garage. On and go down ramp; park on the lower level. Follow
signs to the Convention Center. There is an underground passage that will take you to the lower level of the west
side of the convention center, where registration is located. Cost is $8 per
day. Least
Expensive Parking: Convention Center parking structure. On the conference. Cost is $6 per day. Free
Parking: If you register by March
23 you will receive up to two FREE parking
passes for the Convention Center Parking
Structure. You will need to bring this with you and present it to the booth
attendant in place of payment. Passes are not valid for in/out use and cannot be
replaced if lost. Handicapped
Parking: Handicapped parking in ANY city parking lot or
structure is free. Just show the booth attendant your valid handicapped placard and be sure to park
in spaces designated for handicapped parking. Hotel
Parking: If you are staying at the host hotel, we
recommend keeping your car in the hotel parking lot during the day while you’re at the conference. It’s a short
walk across the street or take the underground passage way that leads directly to the Convention Center.
