REGISTRATION FEES

Register early and save! OT and OTA registrations received by the EXTENDED early bird deadline of August 28 at 5:00 pm will save $15 off the regular registration rate. Early registration is advised due to some sessions requiring a "cap". After September 10, you must register on-site, space permitting.

In order to be eligible for the Member rate, you must have paid your 2008-09 NMOTA membership dues. A current list of members is included on the registration site. If you have not yet paid your membership dues for the 2008-09 fiscal year, you may send your payment with your conference registration.

REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment Terms
Registrants will be able to select the early bird registration fee up until 5:00 pm MDT August 18, 2008 . If payment has not been received by 5:00 pm MDT July 24, registrants will be charged the regular registration fee (August 19 - September 10). This applies to registrants submitting checks, and credit card payments that are denied.

Attendees registering after August 18 that choose to pay by check must ensure payment is received before September 10. If payment has not been received by 5:00 pm MDT September 10, registrants will be charged the on-site registration fee when they arrive at the conference (space permitting). This applies to registrants submitting checks, and credit card payments that are denied.

Discount Codes are assigned by the Conference Registration Office. Kesselman-Jones, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any registrants using unauthorized discount codes.

In all cases when payment is not received before the event, we reserve the right to refuse admission to the event.

Methods of Payment
Payments can be made by credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex) or by check payable to Kesselman-Jones, Inc.  IMPORTANT:  Your charge will be show as a payment to Kesselman-Jones, Inc.on your credit card statement.  There will be no reference to NMOTA or the conference. 

Cancellations
Cancellations received in writing by September 10, 2008 will be refunded in full less an administration charge of $25. Notice of cancellation must completed either by submitting your cancellation through the online registration site or sent in writing by either emailing NMOTA@KessJones.com or by writing to the Registration Manager, Kesselman-Jones, Inc., PO Box 30182, Albuquerque, NM 87190. Should you need to cancel your registration after September 10, the registration fee remains payable in its entirety although a substitution will be accepted.

Substitutions and Name Changes
Substitutions are acceptable at any time. Return to the online registration site, enter your email address and follow the directions for making a substitution.

Registrations may not be split.
