Exhibitor Facts:

  • Exhibitor space provided in the Terrace (atrium area) is the space around and including a standard 6’ skirted table. Chairs will be provided. Information must be contained on these tables, within the space allocated. Please be considerate of other exhibitors and the need for attendees to move freely and safely through this ‘marketplace’ area.

  • Exhibitors are encouraged to wear company nametags, along with logo wear as deemed appropriate. Exhibitors may hand out company brochures and tchochkes; they may host drawings and give demonstrations of products/services. The exhibitor is responsible for bringing set up items needed such as tape, extension cords, pens, and the like.

  • All exhibitors (per number of vendors/company noted on the contract) will be included in the meals provided the attendees, and are invited to attend the 5th Annual OTAC Soirée’ Friday 10/3/08, 5-7pm, held in the atrium area, hors d'oeuvres and cash bar provided.  Exhibitors are encouraged to mingle and network, and do not necessarily need to stay in their set up area during this time.

  • OTAC requests that exhibit areas be set up by 7:15am Friday 10/03 (attendee registration begins at 7:30am), and not taken down until after 1pm Saturday 10/04 (when the attendees are in the lunchtime meeting). The atrium area will be available at 6am Friday, and needs to be vacated by 4:30pm Saturday.

  • Shipping arrangements should be made directly with the conference hotel.

Exhibitor Costs:

4Early Registration cost is $550, and if received prior to 9/15/08, company logo (B/W) will be imprinted on a recycle/reuse bag, given to all conference registrants.

4Early Registration cost is $425, with payment received prior to 9/15/08; no logo imprint.

4Regular Registration cost is $550, received after 9/15/08; no logo imprint.  

4Each additional table or space is an additional $300.
