COST 

You are our guest at this meeting - there is NO cost to attend.  We will cover Friday nights’ lodging, dinner Friday, and breakfast and lunch on Saturday.  You are welcome to bring a guest to share your hotel room at no costs. They may join you at meals but we will need to charge a fee.  ($30 Friday Dinner Only; $50 Friday Dinner and Saturday Lunch.)

The hotel will honor our rate if you wish to stay an additional night(s); rooms are $59 per night plus tax. Please indicate on your registration form if you want us to reserve any additional nights on your behalf.

ATTENDANCE 

Please note that this meeting is by invitation only and you may not send a representative in your place.  Also, if for some reason you must cancel your participation, please call us as soon as possible so we can make the appropriate cancellations.
