The Conference and Summit 2008 has applied for Continuing Education Units for Counselors, Social Workers, and Nurses.  Please note that we do not guarantee that all CEU’s applied for will be approved.

The policies and procedures in regard to CEU distribution are set by the granting board and are not determined by the Conference/Summit offices.  Certificates will be distributed ONLY if all the requirements have been met. As it is ultimately the responsibility of each licensee to keep abreast of the current rules and regulations of his/her respective licensing board please contact the state licensing board with any questions regarding  licensure renewal, continuing education requirements and requirements for acceptable continuing education courses, programs and sponsors.

Certificates will be presented at the conclusion of the Conference and Summit 2008.  Replacement certificates can be requested after the Conference and Summit for a $5 fee.  You must be in attendance for the entire Conference and Summit and stay until the end to receive full credit.  Due to granting board guidelines, nurses can NOT receive partial credit and MUST stay until the end of the day.
