    Attire

Trying to find a room temperature at which everyone can be comfortable is nearly impossible. Half the attendees are usually too cold and the rest too hot.  Therefore, we highly recommend you bring a sweater or light jacket and dress in layers so you can adjust to the room.  Dress is business casual.

    Children

Please note that this conference provides professional training and is not suitable for children. Middle and high school students are welcome if they are attending as active conference participants and have appropriate adult supervision.

    Cell Phones

Out of respect to the presenters and fellow attendees, individuals will be asked to turn cell phones off or to the vibrate mode as they enter session rooms.
