Culture Change: Enriching Lives in Nursing Homes

The Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS) is dedicated to supporting nursing homes that provide individualized services that reinforce well-being, dignity and choice for each person. Its mission is to promote and support nursing home providers, to transform from a traditional system-directed culture to one that is person-directed or centered.

As part of this effort, DADS will host a one-day symposium to disseminate information on culture change, including evidence-based practice and current trends. Don't miss this important one-day conference, seating is limited so register today!
