Registration Information

Registration Fee
There is a $30 per person registration fee for attendees. Payment, either via credit card or check, or an official purchase document, must be received in the conference office prior to the event to secure your space at the conference.

To Register

Space is available on a first come, first served basis. We can not guarantee that on-site registrations can be accommodated. Registrations can not be taken over the telephone.

 

Payment Methods

Purchase Orders

Purchase orders must reference attendee name(s). Purchase order requests will not be accepted as payment. Kesselman-Jones, Inc.’s tax ID number is 85-0409965. Organizations submitting purchase orders will be invoiced and expected to pay, even if the individual does not attend. Credit Cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please note that because of the high security level of our registration processing system, corporate cards may not be accepted.  If you have difficulties running your card, please call the conference office and we can try to manually run it through a different method.

Checks

Checks must be made payable to Kesselman-Jones, Inc. and be mailed to PO Box 30182, Albuquerque, NM  87190.  Checks must be postmarked by Friday July 15, 2011 so that we can secure your space at the event. Payment by check will not be an online option after July 15, 2011.

Confirmation/Receipts
When you register online you will receive immediate confirmation of your registration as well as 24/7 access to your records.  If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation within 10 minutes of completing your registration please call us.  Sometimes the e-mail address of our registration provider can be blocked by your server as possible spam.

Refunds

Refunds, minus an administration fee of $10 will be given through Friday, July 15, 2011. Cancellation must be done using the online system or be sent via email to DADSCulture@KessJones.com by 6:00 pm on the aforementioned deadline dates.  Any cancellations received after this date and time are not eligible for a refund. 

You may send someone in your place without penalty, but please note that registrations may not be shared or split. If you registered online you can cancel or make a substitution by signing in under your e-mail address and following the instructions to modify your registration record.

Indemnity

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the training organizers to alter the venue, content or the timing of the program. We will endeavor to keep you informed of such changes with any reasonable change to the training format will not constitute a reason to refund the training fee. In the event that the training is cancelled by the organizers, the registration fee shall be refunded in full. The liability of the organizers shall be limited to that refund and the organizers shall not be liable for any other loss, cost or expense, whatsoever caused, incurred or arising.

Accommodations

Overnight accommodation is not included in the registration fee.

Travel

Travel is not included in the registration fee. It is the responsibility of the attendee to make their way to the training venue in adequate time. Kesselman-Jones, Inc. is not liable for any delays or non-attendance resulting from delayed or suspended transportation or weather related travel conditions.

We employ reputable and reliable service providers to ensure such information is protected. All information we hold is kept secure with access limited to personnel charged with the processing of such data.
