Registration Methods

1) ONLINE

It’s fast, safe and easy.  Credit cards, checks and purchase orders are accepted and you will receive immediate confirmation and access to your session selections at all times.

 

2) BY MAIL

3) BY FAX

You may Fax your registration form to (505) 266-3461 ONLY if accompanied by purchase order or credit card information.

CONFIRMATION

If you register online, you will receive immediate confirmation of your registration as well as a receipt and outline of session selections.  If you mail or fax your registration, a confirmation letter will be mailed 7 – 10 days following receipt of your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation within one week of sending your form, please call the conference office to determine your registration status.

If you are submitting your registration form to the person who handles your purchase order or cuts your checks, and you expect him/her to submit the form for you, we encourage you to follow up with him/her to make sure the paperwork was submitted to the conference office. 

All registrations are made subject to the terms and conditions of Kesselman-Jones, Inc. as set out below:

Registration and Payment Terms
In all cases when payment is not received before the event, we reserve the right to refuse admission to the event. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can not guarantee that on-site registrations can be accommodated.

Methods of Payment

Payments can be made by credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex), by check payable to Kesselman-Jones, Inc., or by purchase order. 

If you are paying by check, the check must be mailed within one week of registration.  If you are paying by purchase  POs must reference attendee name(s). PO requests will not be accepted. Kesselman-Jones' tax ID number is 85-0409965. Organizations submitting POs with a registration form will be considered registered and will be invoiced. If the individual does not attend and does not follow our cancellation policy, full payment is required.

Tuition Remission:  Eligible UNM faculty and staff may attend by using their tuition remission benefit.  An original, completed Tuition Remission form (including all required signatures) must be received by the Conference Office no later than October 26, 2007.  No refund or credit will be issued for non-attendance for either day.

Registration Fee
The registration fee covers attendance at all sessions and refreshments listed in the conference brochure and web site.

Event Accommodations
Overnight accommodation is not included in the registration fee. However, reduced rates have been arranged at the host hotel. Details of these rates can be found on the conference web site. It is necessary to contact the hotel directly with the booking reference specified on the relevant venue page. It is advisable to book early to secure these rates, as availability is not guaranteed.

Travel
Travel is not included in the conference fee. It is the responsibility of the attendee to make their way to the conference venue in adequate time. Kesselman-Jones, Inc. is not liable for any delays or non-attendance resulting from delayed or suspended transportation. Directions to the conference venue can be found on the conference web site and online registration confirmation.

Cancellations/Refunds
Cancellations received in writing by October 15, 2007 will be refunded in full less an administration charge of $25. Notice of cancellation must be completed by submitting your cancellation through the online registration site or sent in writing either by emailing AmazingNewborns@KessJones.com or by writing to the Registration Manager, Kesselman-Jones, Inc., PO Box 30182, Albuquerque, NM 87190. Should you need to cancel your registration after October 15, 2007, the registration fee remains payable in its entirety although a substitution will be accepted.

Substitutions and Name Changes
Substitutions are acceptable at any time. Return to this site, enter your email address and follow the directions for making a substitution.

Splitting Registrations
Registrations may not be split.

Indemnity
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the conference organizers to alter the venue, content or the timing of the program. We will endeavor to keep you informed of such changes but any reasonable change to the conference format will not constitute a reason to refund the conference fee.

In the event that the conference is cancelled by the organizers, the registration fee shall be refunded in full. The liability of the organizers shall be limited to that refund and the organizers shall not be liable for any other loss, cost or expense, whatsoever caused, incurred or arising.

Security
Kesselman-Jones, Inc. is committed to ensuring that the submission of sensitive information, such as credit card details, is safe and secure. We employ reputable and reliable service providers to ensure such information is protected. All information we hold is kept secure with access limited to personnel charged with the processing of such data.

Safety
While every effort has been made to ensure the safety of all delegates, the organizers cannot be held responsible and/or liable for any personal accident, loss or damage to private property of those attending the conference.
