GROUP RATE GUIDELINES
To be eligible for the group rate, 3 or more individuals from the same
organization must register and pay by Friday, November 21.
(Submission of a purchase order counts as payment received.)
If for any reason less than three people are registered you will
be charged the higher rate. (I.e. only three were registered
and one of the three cancels their registration)
Please make sure all individuals using the group rate use
the same organization name when registering.
Includes all conference materials, keynote sessions and workshops,
certificate of attendance, complimentary daily continental breakfast/
lunch (T-TH), snacks AND PARKING.
Registrations may NOT be shared or split.

Registration and Payment Terms
EARLY BIRD: Registrants will be able to select the early bird registration fee up until midnight, MST, Friday November 21 , 2008. Payment must be made by November 21. If a form of payment has not been received by November 21, registrants will be charged the regular registration fee. This applies to registrants submitting checks, purchase orders and credit card payments that are denied. A copy of the purchase order is considered "payment." We must have the entire purchase order, and not just the number for you to be considered "paid."
REGULAR: Attendees registering after November 21 may pay by credit card only or purchase order. Checks will not be accepted. If you are paying by purchase order, the purchase order must arrive at the conference office via mail or fax no later than November 26 to receive the regular rate.
LATE/ON-SITE: Registrations will be accepted if space is available. All payment types will be accepted. Please arrive early enough to complete the onsite registration process.
Discount Codes are assigned by the Conference Registration Office. Kesselman-Jones, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any registrants using unauthorized discount codes.
Individuals who register in advance but do not submit a valid payment type by the identified deadline date will be charged the higher rate. If you register and we do not receive payment before the event, we will not prepare registration materials for you and we reserve the right to refuse admission to the event if space is not available.
Methods of Payment
Payments can be made by credit card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express), by check payable to Kesselman-Jones, Inc., or by purchase order. A copy of the purchase orders must be received in the conference office by the appropriate deadline date in order for your registration to be processed.
Purchase Orders
An original or copy of your purchase order must be received in the conference office before you are considered registered. Purchase orders must reference attendee name(s). Purchase order requests are not acceptable as payment. If multiple people from one organization are attending the conference, you are welcome to batch them on one purchase order. Kesselman-Jones' Tax ID number is 85-0409965. Once a purchase order is received at the conference office you will be invoiced and are expected to pay, even if the individual does not attend.
Confirmation
When you register online you will receive immediate confirmation of your registration as well 24/7 access to your receipt and session selections. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation within 10 minutes of completing your registration please call us. Sometimes the e-mail address of our registration provider is block by your server as possible spam.
Registration Fee
The registration fee covers attendance at all sessions and refreshments listed in the conference brochure and web site.
Event Accommodations
Overnight accommodation is not included in the registration fee. However, reduced rates have been arranged at the host hotel. It is necessary to contact the hotel directly with the booking reference specified on the logistics page. It is advisable to book early to secure these rates, as availability is not guaranteed.
Travel
Travel is not included in the conference fee. It is the responsibility of the attendee to make their way to the conference venue in adequate time. Kesselman-Jones, Inc. is not liable for any delays or non-attendance resulting from delayed or suspended transportation.
Cancellations
Cancellations received in writing by November 21, 2008 will be refunded in full less an administration charge of $25. Notice of cancellation must completed either by submitting your cancellation through the online registration site or be sent in writing by either e-mailing BHC@KessJones.com or by writing to the Registration Manager, Kesselman-Jones, Inc., PO Box 30182, Albuquerque, NM 87190. Should you need to cancel your registration after November 21, the registration fee remains payable in its entirety although a substitution will be accepted.
Substitutions and Name Changes
Substitutions are acceptable at any time. Return to the online registration site site, enter your e-mail address and follow the directions for making a substitution.
Splitting Registrations
Registrations may not be split.
Indemnity
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the conference organizers to alter the venue, content or the timing of the program. We will endeavor to keep you informed of such changes but any reasonable change to the conference format will not constitute a reason to refund the conference fee. In the event that the conference is cancelled by the organizers, the registration fee shall be refunded in full. The liability of the organizers shall be limited to that refund and the organizers shall not be liable for any other loss, cost or expense, whatsoever caused, incurred or arising.

Kesselman-Jones, Inc. is committed to ensuring that the submission of sensitive information, such as credit card details, is safe and secure. We employ reputable and reliable service providers to ensure such information is protected. All information we hold is kept secure with access limited to personnel charged with the processing of such data.
