Parking:      All visitors must use the Burnet Road entrance and obtain a

                    parking permit from the gate guard. Download the Campus Parking Map for

                    detailed directions. 

• Parking permit must be visible on your dashboard at all times.

• If you have a current UT parking permit, you may enter campus and park in the designated parking lots next to the building.
  
  
• Disabled spaces with ramps are located on the west and north sides of the building.

What to Wear

Wear comfortable, business-casual clothes. Meeting rooms are notorious for being either too cool or warm; we suggest dressing in layers.

Please note that this training provides professional training to adults and is not suitable for children.

Cell Phones/Pagers

Out of courtesy to your fellow attendees and our presenters, please make sure to turn cell phones and pagers off or to the vibrate mode when attending sessions.  If you are on call, we ask that you sit in the aisle seats near the back and exit the room before answering the call.
