The New Mexico Public Education Department, School and Family Support Bureau, is holding a meeting on Tuesday, October 2 and Wednesday, October 3 in Albuquerque for all of the programs/contracts that are funded by the Bureau.  These include:

• Before/After School Physical Activity and Nutrition Programs*
• After School Enrichment Programs*
• Family and Youth Resource Programs*
• Truancy/Dropout Prevention Program*
• McKinney-Vento Homeless Education Program*
• School and Family Support Bureau Contractors*
• State 21st Century Learning Community Program*
• GRADS Program*
• NMSHARE Program
• Title I Coordinators
• Title IV Coordinators

*attendance mandatory

For some of these programs attendance is mandatory (*); for others, highly encouraged.  The meeting will cover evaluation requirements for grantees, offer best practices, and provide opportunities for program managers/administrators to ask specific questions about implementation. 

There is no fee to attend.  However, only one representative per program may attend the meeting.
