CONFERENCE TITLE SPONSOR

OSAH is the office of the New Mexico Department of Health that works to improve student and adolescent health through integrated school-based or school-linked health services. OSAH also engages in adolescent health promotion and disease prevention activities directly and through collaboration with public and private agencies across New Mexico. OSAH staff guide policy development on school and adolescent health issues and are involved in workforce development and trainings for those providing services to New Mexico youth.

In 2008, BCBSNM contracted with the State to participate in the Medicaid Managed Care Program, Salud!, offering BlueSalud. BlueSalud services are funded pursuant to an Agreement with the State of New Mexico. In addition, BCBSNM offers coverage for individuals and employer groups. BCBSNM has the most comprehensive network of any health care plan in New Mexico – over 12,000 providers. BCBSNM is a Division of Health Care Service Corporation, the nation’s largest non-investor-owned health care plan.

Molina Healthcare of New Mexico provides healthcare services for the Salud! and State Coverage Insurance programs. Molina Healthcare strives to provide quality and cost-effective Medicaid-related solutions to meet the health care needs of low-income families and individuals and to assist state agencies in their administration of the Medicaid program.
