Cost

There is NO COST to attend this meeting.  We will cover the cost of your lodging, mileage and meals during the meeting.

Who/How Many May Attend

You must be  a Health Council Coordinator or active Council Member.  We can only cover the costs of up to two rooms per Health Council.  If you share rooms you can send up to four people.

The Health Council Coordinator will be responsible for informing us on how the sleeping rooms will be used.
