What do I get with my registration fee?

Your registration fee of $35 gives you access to two days of breakout sessions, a nationally renowned keynote presenter, conference materials, exhibit hall with giveaways, continental breakfast, lunch and snacks both days, entry in doorprize drawings and a conference cookbook!

Can I bring my family to the meeting?

We understand that traveling to the conference with your family is sometimes necessary. However we do not allow children or family members to attend the conference this includes all meals and ancillary programming.

How do I register for the conference?

We are pleased to offer our conference attendees online registration. It’s fast, safe and easy. You can print an invoice, receipt or a listing of your session selections and make changes. You will also receive important announcements via e-mail from the conference office.

When you register online you receive immediate confirmation of your registration as well as 24/7 access to your receipt and session selections.  If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation within 10 minutes of completing your registration please call us.  Sometimes the e-mail address of our registration provider is blocked by your server as possible spam.

How do I pay for the conference?

Payment Methods: Payments can be made by credit card (Visa/MasterCard/American Express), by check payable to Kesselman-Jones, Inc., or by purchase order.

*Special Instructions - Purchase Orders:  If you selected purchase order as your payment method, your registration will not be formally processed until a copy of the purchase order has been received by the conference office. Purchase orders must reference attendee name(s).  Purchase order requests are not acceptable as payment. There is a $10 purchase order handling fee that must be paid for each purchase order submitted. If multiple people from one organization are attending the conference, you are welcome to batch them on one purchase order. Once a purchase order is received at the conference office your organization will be invoiced and expected to pay, even if the individual does not attend. Kesselman-Jones, Inc'.s Tax ID number is 85-0409965. All purchase orders must be at the conference office no later than May 1, 2011.

*Special Instructions - Checks: If you selected check as your payment method, your registration will not be formally processed until the check has been received by the conference office. Make check payable to KESSELMAN-JONES, INC. and write the name of individual(s) registered and confirmation number on the check's memo line and mail to:

Policies

Cancellations:  Cancellations received in writing by April 25, 2011 will be refunded in full less an administration charge of $10. Notice of cancellation must completed either by submitting your cancellation through the online registration site or be sent in writing by either e-mailing FoodService@KessJones.com or by writing to the Registration Manager, Kesselman-Jones, Inc., PO Box 30182, Albuquerque, NM 87190. Should you need to cancel your registration after April 26, the registration fee remains payable in its entirety although a substitution will be accepted.

Substitutions and Name Changes: Substitutions are acceptable at any time. Return to the online registration site, enter your e-mail address and follow the directions for making a substitution.

Splitting Registration:  Registrations may not be split.

Indemnity: It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the conference organizers to alter the venue, content or the timing of the program. We will endeavor to keep you informed of such changes but any reasonable change to the conference format will not constitute a reason to refund the conference fee. In the event that the conference is cancelled by the organizers, the registration fee shall be refunded in full. The liability of the organizers shall be limited to that refund and the organizers shall not be liable for any other loss, cost or expense, whatsoever caused, incurred or arising.

Event Accommodations: Overnight accommodation is not included in the registration fee. However, reduced rates have been arranged at the host hotel. It is necessary to contact the hotel directly with the booking reference specified on the conference web site. It is advisable to book early to secure these rates, as availability is not guaranteed.

Travel:  Travel is not included in the conference fee. It is the responsibility of the attendee to make their way to the conference venue in adequate time. Kesselman-Jones, Inc. is not liable for any delays or non-attendance resulting from delayed or suspended transportation or weather related travel conditions.

Security: Kesselman-Jones, Inc. is committed to ensuring that the submission of sensitive information, such as credit card details, is safe and secure. We employ reputable and reliable service providers to ensure such information is protected. All information we hold is kept secure with access limited to personnel charged with the processing of such data.
