We are pleased to offer our attendees online registration. It’s fast, safe and easy. You will have access to your registration at all times and can update the information as needed. Please be sure to provide a valid e-mail address; you will receive important announcements via e-mail.

When you register online you will receive immediate confirmation of your registration as well as 24/7 access to your receipt. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation within 10 minutes of completing your registration please call us. Sometimes the e-mail address of our registration provider is blocked by your server as possible spam.

We encourage you to register online, it's the fastest way to secure your spot. However, if you would like to register by mail, you may click here to download and complete a paper form. Please note: paper registration forms will only be accepted through September 12, 2011.

NMCADV has a limited number of scholarships available to victim/survivors and domestic violence service providers. These scholarships will be awarded based on financial need. Scholarships are for conference registration fees only.

If you or someone you know is in need of a scholarship, please fill out this application and return to NMCADV (officemanager@nmcadv.org) by 5:00 pm, September 1, 2011.

Special Instructions - If you are paying by check your registration will not be formally processed until the check has been received by the meeting management office. To be eligible for the discounted rate, your check must be in our office by September 12, 2011. Registration and Payment Terms
In all cases when payment is not received before the event, we reserve the right to refuse admission to the event.

Methods of Payment
Payments can be made by credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex) or by check payable to Kesselman-Jones, Inc. If you are paying by check, the check must be received in our office by September 12, 2011.

Registration Fee
The registration fee covers attendance at all sessions and conference refreshments.

Event Accommodations
Overnight accommodation is not included in the registration fee. However, reduced rates have been arranged at the host hotel. Details of these rates can be found on the event web site. It is necessary to contact the hotel directly with the booking reference specified on the relevant venue page. It is advisable to book early to secure these rates, as availability is not guaranteed.

Travel
Travel is not included in the registration fee. It is the responsibility of the attendee to make their way to the venue in adequate time. Kesselman-Jones, Inc. is not liable for any delays or non-attendance resulting from delayed or suspended transportation. Directions to the venue can be found on the event web site.

Cancellations
Cancellations received in writing by September 12, 2011 will be refunded in full less an administration charge of $35. Notice of cancellation must be completed by submitting your cancellation through the online registration site or sent in writing by either e-mailing NMCADV@KessJones.com or by writing the Registration Manager, Kesselman-Jones, Inc., PO Box 30182, Albuquerque, NM 87190. Should you need to cancel your registration after September 12, the registration fee remains payable in its entirety, although a substitution will be accepted.

Substitutions and Name Changes
Substitutions are acceptable at any time. Return to this site, enter your e-mail address and follow the directions for making a substitution.

Splitting Registrations
Registrations may not be split.

Indemnity
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the meeting organizers to alter the venue, content or the timing of the program. We will endeavor to keep you informed of such changes but any reasonable change to the meeting format will not constitute a reason to refund the registration fee. In the event that the meeting is canceled by the organizers, the registration fee shall be refunded in full. The liability of the organizers shall be limited to that refund and the organizers shall not be liable for any other loss, cost or expense, whatsoever caused, incurred or arising.

Security
Kesselman-Jones, Inc. is committed to ensuring that the submission of sensitive information, such as credit card details, is safe and secure. We employ reputable and reliable service providers to ensure such information is protected. All information we hold is kept secure with access limited to personnel charged with the processing of such data.

Safety
While every effort has been made to ensure the safety of all delegates, the organizers cannot be held responsible and/or liable for any personal accident, loss or damage to private property of those attending the conference.

By entering the event premises and/or my participation in this event I am consenting to the use of my photograph, likeness or video or audio recording in whole or in part without restriction or limitation for any educational, promotional, or any purpose for distribution in online and printed publications or any publication in other media. I release NMCADV and Kesselman-Jones, Inc., their officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings.

By entering the event premises, I waive all rights I may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising or other publication of these materials regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. I also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by NMCADV or Kesselman-Jones, Inc. or the person or entity designated to do so by NMCADV or Kesselman-Jones, Inc. I have been fully informed of my consent, waiver of liability and release before entering the event.
