Special Accommodations

If you are in need of special accommodations, i.e. sign language interpretation, please contact the conference office at (505) 266-3451 by September 8, 2010. TDD or TTY users may access this number via the New Mexico Relay Network at (800) 659-8331.

Dress

Trying to find a room temperature at which everyone can be comfortable is nearly impossible. Half the attendees are usually too cold and the rest too hot. Therefore, we highly recommend you bring a sweater or light jacket and dress in layers so you can adjust to the room. Dress is business casual.

Phones/Pagers

Out of courtesy to the presenters and fellow attendees, please turn off cell phones and pagers, or place them on the "vibrate" mode before entering any sessions.

Children

Please make arrangements for child care before attending the conference. The themes and topics presented for discussion are not appropriate for younger participants and child care is not available at the venue.
