This activity meets criteria for continuing education (CE) requirements for Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBA).

The Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services, is an approved provider of Social Work continuing education units by the Texas State Board of Social Work Examiners. The conference is approved for 9.75 hours Texas Licensed Social Workers CEs - Provider #5590.  For further information contact TSBSWE at 1-800-232-3162.

Participants must attend the entire conference to receive CE credits.

CE POLICIES

There is no additional fee for CEs to the attendee. The conference has covered all costs associated with the application process and administration of the credits. Attendees requesting CEs must abide by the policies and procedures set by the conference office. These will be detailed in the conference program booklet and appear below. All boards prohibit early certificate distribution. The certificate distribution policies of the conference have been developed to meet the requirements set by the licensing boards, and the conference office does not have the ability to deviate from these policies.

As it is ultimately the responsibility of each licensee to keep abreast of the current rules and regulations of his/her respective licensing board, please contact your state licensing board with any questions regarding licensure renewal, continuing education requirements, and requirements for acceptable continuing education courses, programs and sponsors.

THE ONSITE PROCESS

SIGN IN/OUT PROCESS:

Individuals requesting continuing education must sign in at the start of the conference and sign out at the conclusion. Additional signatures may be required during the lunch hour and may vary based on board requirements. Additional details will be provided at the conference.

EVALUATION FORM REQUIREMENT:

In your conference registration packet you will be given an evaluation form; this form must be turned in at the end of the conference.

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION:

Certificates will be handed out only at the end of the conference day to all individuals signing in/out and submitting an evaluation form.
