CONTINUING EDUCATION

This program has been approved for continuing education credit by the New Mexico Counseling and Therapy Practice Board, provider number 0076601. 

We have been told that The New Mexico Board of Social Work accepts credits from programs approved by the New Mexico Counseling and Therapy Practice Board.  The certificate distribution policies have been developed to meet the requirements set by the licensing board, and the training office does not have the ability to deviate from these policies.  As it is ultimately the responsibility of each licensee to keep abreast of the current rules and regulations of his/her respective licensing board, please contact your state licensing board with any questions regarding licensure renewal, continuing education requirements, and the requirements for acceptable continuing education courses, programs, and sponsors.

HOURS AVAILABLE

A maximum of 12 credit hours can be awarded for the two-day training.  Attendees may recieve up to six hours for participating in Day 1 and up to six hours for participating in Day 2, for a total of 12 hours.  Attendees may not participate in Day 2 only, they must also attend Day 1. 

CERTIFICATE DISTRIBUTION

Continuing Education certificates will be handed out at the end of the training.  You must stay for the duration of the training to receive your certificate.  If you are only participating in Day 1 of the training, you may collect your certificate at the end of Day 1.  If you are participating in both days of the training you will collect your certificate at the end of Day 2.
