We have allocated a number of seats for media to attend the

2010 Border Governors Conference – Interim Meeting

plenary session and press conference.

Please read the following registration needs thoroughly before attempting to register.

       To register you will need the following:

• Credential code
• Media must obtain the code from Gilbert Gallegos: gilbert.gallegos@state.nm.us
• Include your name, media outlet and any additional crew who will need physical access to the meeting. 
  
  Every person in attendance will need to be registered and will be required to wear a photo name badge provided by the meeting management office.  Individuals will not be admitted to event on-site that have not preregistered.

 

• E-mail address that you check often; all communication will be sent via e-mail

• Attendee information including mailing address and date of birth

• Passport quality digital photo
• 400 x 400 pixels (minimum)
• Face forward on white background
• Head and shoulders only

Upon completion you will be sent information to reserve hotel accommodations.  We have secured a block of rooms specifically for media at a special rate.  You are not required to stay at the media hotel, however, you are required to make your own

lodging arrangements, if necessary.
