Q. I'm not receiving information on your conferences. How do I receive an Exhibitor Package & Application?
A. After looking at the Find My Event page and determining which event(s) you would like to exhibit at, send an email to ConferenceInfo@KessJones.com and request an Exhibitor Package & Application. Be sure to include the conference name(s), your name, title, organization, postal address, email address, phone number and fax number.
Q.The electronic Exhibitor Application I received does not let me change things. What's wrong?
A. All Exhibitor Applications are protected forms. Only the gray box cells or the check boxes can be manipulated.
Q. As an exhibitor, can I receive the host hotel's conference rate?
A. Information about the host hotel is provided in the Exhibitor Package. If rooms are still available you are more than welcome to make a reservation.
Q. How can I pay for my exhibit booth?
A. Kesselman-Jones, Inc. accepts checks, purchase orders, VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Q. Who do I make my check payable to?
A. Payable to Kesselman-Jones, Inc. Please put the name of the conference on the memo line.
Q. Is electrical included in the exhibit booth fee?
A. Each conference is different. Check the conference's Exhibitor Package for pricing.
Q. I need to change the names of my booth workers. Is it too late?
A. Booth worker names can be changed or added up until 3 days prior to the conference.
Q.Will I receive a floor plan of the exhibit area prior to the conference?
A. A floor plan is usually (but not guaranteed to be) emailed to the contact person approximately 7-10 days prior to the conference. A floor plan is provided at the time of set up.
Q. I have a question about the Exhibitor Package. Who do I contact?
A. Call 505-266-3451 and ask for the Exhibit Manager or send an email to ConferenceInfo@KessJones.com.
Q. I need to cancel. What do I do?
A. The cancellation policy is listed on the Exhibitor Policies & Procedure page and in the Exhibitor Package of all conferences.
Q. Will I receive an attendee list after the conference?
A. This is determined by the sponsor. Call 505-266-3451 and ask for the Exhibit Manager or send an email to ConferenceInfo@KessJones.com.
