Registration

Registering is easy, but you will need to prepare in advance to navigate the system.  Please read these step-by-step instructions BEFORE you register.

STEP 1: IDENTIFY TRAINING TYPE

The online registration system is now being done based on training types.  The types are listed below. You must complete a separate registration for each training you will attend.

NM PreK Training for Returning Staff: Region 1 - Albuquerque

NM PreK Training for Returning Staff: Region 2 - Farmington

NM PreK Training for Returning Staff: Region 3 - Santa Fe

NM PreK Training for Returning Staff: Region 4 - Las Cruces

NM PreK Training for Returning Staff: Region 5 - Hobbs

STEP 2: ENTER E-MAIL ADDRESS

Our registration system is e-mail address driven so you must provide a valid e-mail address.  Enter an e-mail address that you check often, as this will be the main source of communication from the Training Management Office. If you registered for a PreK training in the past, you can use the same address and will be prompted to enter your password. If you forgot your password, you may request to have it sent to you.  The Training Management Office does not have access to your password.

STEP 3: PICK TRAINING DATES

Next you will select your training dates. Please visit the calendar page ahead of time, to see what trainings are available. Each training has a maximum capacity, so it is important to register early to secure your space. If your first choice is unavailable, you will be required to select an alternate date.  You will be required to select both your fall and spring dates at the time of registration.

STEP 4: CHECK TERMS & CONDITIONS

The start page contains the terms and conditions associated with the trainings. Please read through and check the box with a red asterisk to agree to the terms & conditions.

STEP 5: ENTER CONTACT INFORMATION

Enter your contact information, or if necessary, correct pre-entered data, on the next page and update your program mailing address and phone number for our database. You will also be asked if your program is affiliated with the Children, Youth & Families Department (CYFD) or the Public Education Department (PED). If you do not know, please check the chart here. You will then need to select your program site. If you are representing multiple sites, select the main program name. If you are representing one site, locate that specific site and select it.

STEP 6: VERIFY LODGING (NM PreK Training for New Staff only)

After selecting your training date you will be able to request lodging, for NM PreK Training for New Staff only. Shared accommodations are available for eligible programs. Please check here, to familiarize yourself with the travel policy prior to registering. The Training Management Office will contact you via e-mail after you’ve completed registration with details regarding lodging.

STEP 7: READ CONFIRMATION

You should receive a confirmation e-mail within ten minutes of completing your registration. If you do not receive an e-mail please check your spam settings and junk mail folders. If the confirmation is not in any location, please contact the Training Management Office.
