Lodging:

Accommodations have been secured at downtown hotels for attendees traveling more than 50 miles, one way.  The room and tax will be paid to the hotel by the NewMexicoKids Network; therefore, there will be no lodging reimbursement to individuals. We only have the resources to provide for shared accommodations. You are welcome to reserve a single room, however, if you select this option you are responsible for securing the reservation and making payment to the hotel.  When registering you will be asked for the name of your roommate, you are required to select a roommate. If you do not have a roommate, one will be assigned to you. When assigning roommates, same sex will be a requirement.  If you have any questions or concerns about your roommate assignment or hotel reservation please contact the Institute Office at (505) 266-3451 x102.

IMPORTANT:  The Institute office will be sending to you an email with your hotel assignment, confirmation number and roommate assignment.  If you do not receive this email by November 13, please contact the Insitute office.  Please make sure to check your email often for updates and make sure our messages are not going to your junk mail box.

Conference Parking:

Parking is available in several other lots downtown. Parking fees range from $6 per day to $12 per day. CLICK HERE for a map of area parking structures. The Institute will reimburse attendees up to $6 per day for parking with appropriate receipts. Expense reimbursement forms will be available at the Institute. This form and all receipts must be turned into the Institute Offices no later than December 19, 2008.
